With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Lenka has helped clients heal physically while recognizing that true well-being goes beyond the body. She understands that many physical issues stem from emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances—and she is dedicated to addressing the whole person on their path to healing.

Lenka combines personal experience with professional expertise to guide her clients toward holistic well-being. Through her own journey, she discovered the power of self-acceptance, emotional expression, and the strength of community support—key elements that helped her overcome chronic migraines and embrace a vibrant, active lifestyle. Building on her 25-year career in massage therapy, Lenka earned a Master of Arts degree in Integrative Health and Healing from The Graduate Institute and became a certified Health and Wellness Coach. Today, she empowers others to navigate their own wellness journeys with compassion, knowledge, and a whole-person approach to health.

How does the process work?
I will work with you as a whole person, listening to your concerns and asking thoughtful questions to help motivate you toward the changes you want to make.
Together, you’ll explore what matters most to you in your health and determine the best course of action.
You’ll be guided through a process designed to maximize your chances of success.
You and I will work as a team to identify obstacles and create strategies to move forward toward your goals.
I provide ongoing support that will help you track your progress and stay accountable for your commitments.
Additional resources will be provided to assist with behavior changes.
Initial 3 month Coaching Package : $750
One 45-minute Introductory Coaching Session – A comprehensive first session to discuss your goals, assess your current health and lifestyle, and begin creating a personalized plan for success.
Six 30-Minute Coaching Sessions (Two per Month) – Regular one-on-one sessions to track progress, refine goals, and develop strategies for overcoming challenges and building lasting habits.
Ongoing Text and Email Support – Continuous guidance and encouragement between sessions to keep you motivated, answer questions, and provide accountability when you need it.
We begin.
In the initial session, we create a Personal Health Plan using the Wheel of Health self-assessment tool to explore the factors influencing your well-being. Together, we define your Optimal Health Vision and values—the "WHY" behind your motivation to make lifestyle or health changes.
Subsequent sessions focus on goal setting, action steps, overcoming barriers, and developing strategies for long-term success.

Monthly Coaching – $250
Designed for ongoing support, this option is available after completing the initial three-month coaching package. It includes:
Two 30-Minute Coaching Sessions Per Month – Stay on track with regular check-ins to adjust goals, navigate challenges, and maintain progress.
Ongoing Text and Email Support – Receive continued guidance, motivation, and accountability between sessions.
