Discover the power of self-acceptance and emotional expression.
Lenka grew up
in the Czech Republic, where life under the oppression of the Communist regime taught her to be quiet and suppress her emotions to navigate societal and familial pressures. Despite these challenges, she discovered joy and self-expression through dance—a passion that became her refuge. As a teenager, she competed and performed across the country, eventually teaching and preparing to manage a dance school. Her journey took a new direction when she moved to the United States, embracing new opportunities and laying the foundation for her future in health and wellness.
Lenka built
a successful 25-year career as a licensed massage therapist, helping clients heal physically through dedicated, hands-on care. Over time, she began to see that many physical issues were deeply connected to emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances—factors that massage alone could not fully address. This realization sparked her desire to expand her approach, exploring holistic methods that support the whole person on their path to healing and well-being.
Lenka faced
chronic migraines, vertigo, and emotional struggles that led her to explore various healing modalities, including acupuncture, yoga therapy, and functional medicine, with limited success. Her breakthrough came through Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which opened her to a deeper awareness of her emotional well-being. Inspired by this transformation, she pursued a Master of Arts degree in Integrative Health and Healing, deepening her expertise in holistic wellness and whole-person care.
Lenka discovered
through her healing journey, the power of self-acceptance, emotional expression, and the importance of a supportive community—key elements that helped her overcome chronic migraines and reclaim a vibrant, active lifestyle. Inspired by her transformation, she became a certified Health and Wellness Coach, dedicating herself to empowering others on their own paths to wellness with compassion, insight, and a whole-person approach to healing.
