Lenka has dedicated her life to promoting physical and mental well-being through a comprehensive and evolving career in health and wellness. With a foundation in economics from the University of Ostrava, she transitioned her focus to holistic healing, earning a Massage Therapy certification from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1996. Since then, she has built a thriving private practice, offering a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including orthopedic, sports, and medical massage. Expanding her expertise, Lenka completed a master’s degree in Integrative Health and Healing from The Graduate Institute in 2015. Committed to guiding others on their wellness journeys, she became a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2021 after completing Duke Health’s Professional Training Program. Today, through her private coaching practice, Lenka empowers diverse clients to achieve healthier, more balanced lives, drawing on decades of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to holistic care.
